A4 Size

The A4 poster paper is usually the best medium to let people know of your planned events as it is easy to distribute. You can carry these conveniently along with you in high-traffic areas and hand them over to people with ease. You can also give A4 size posters to your staff members, who work at information desk areas, to hand out as information leaflets to visitors.

A good example of this would be our standard posters which are available in two different kinds of paper material such as standard and colour blocking. As they have features that allow them to last for a long time, our A4 sheets make for the best promotional material.

We also have sticky posters which are available in A4 paper size. These are easy to apply and comes with a back with a studded and sticky surface, making it easy for you to display your poster anywhere. In fact, you can easily remove them and re-attach them somewhere else instead should the need arise. A4 paper size is also a reliable material to use if you are planning to send invitation letters as you can put an ample amount of visuals and text on it.

Printing resolution for A4

To output an image with the best quality, it’s important to set up the right resolution. A resolution of 210 x 297 mm at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) is perfect for A4. Don’t forget to add bleed! Bleed is essential if you want your printed products to show up as you expected. Add a bleed of 3 mm on all sides of your design. InDesign has an easy tool with which you can add bleed easily.
