Please note: Only applicable for products which require your design: To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product, on time (also called cut-off time). This way, the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated at the final step when putting your product together and in the box on the right which details your entire order.

The cut-off time for your printed item may vary. This depends on the combination you choose. This has to do with the manufacturing technique and / or the order quantities.

Please note: The product delivery shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't supplied before the next cut-off time.

Digital (also called Direct-to-Garment or DTG): prints ink directly onto the product. This method allows for easy switching between prints for each product. However, it can be a slower process compared to other printing methods. It's best for smaller quantities (up to 50 pieces) and prints in full colour.

For the delivery of Aprons, we use our most reliable carriers which, in most cases, are UPS or DPD.

We also use DHL and our own courier service. However, these carriers are only used for certain products (depending on the size, the turnaround and the quantity).

Aprons are waterproof, but they are not water-repellent.

Printing Aprons is different from printing paper, not a single Aprons is the same. It can be that there is a small deviation in the position of the print. This is minimal and often not visible in the final result.

Yes, this product is washable. To ensure optimal results, please refer to the washing instructions on the care label and follow them carefully.

To make sure your product remains looking brand new, follow these washing instructions. Also make sure you pay attention to the washing instructions on the care label.
Do not use chlorine or bleach

Wash at 30 degrees maximum. No chlorine or bleach. Do not dry clean.

Do not tumble dry

Yes, shrinkage is possible. However, if you follow our washing instructions correctly, then the maximum shrink percentage will only be 5%.
