Keep 50 mm safety margin from the top and right.

If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.

Which materials can I choose from?

• Normal Flag Material: These flags are printed on classic flag canvas with a slight glossy look. The high-quality 110gsm canvas.
• Longlife: This flagcanvas has a strong structure and is perforated with tiny holes. The holes make sure the flag can resist stong wind speeds. A longer life is guaranteed.

What is the lifespan of Beach flags?

• The lifespan of the flags is 3 to 4 months while using it intensively. You can expand the lifespan by bringing the flags inside when weather is bad.

Untill which wind power level is it advisable to hang up your flags outside?

• Our advice is to retrieve your flags inside if gale force 7 is reached. This greatly improves the lifespan of your flags.

What is the difference between the various pedestals and accessories, and how do they work?

• Metal ground spike: The metal ground spike is ideal to place your beachflag outside on soft ground, such as soil. The metal ground spike is best suited for smaller beachflags. For larger beachflags we advise to use the parasol base + rotator.
• Plastic screw base: The plastic screw base is ideal when you want to place your beachflag on softer ground such as turf or hard snow. For example in sand or on grass. The plastic screw base is also applicable for larger beachflags.
• Cross Foot (indoor): The crossfoot is a standard which is very suitable for a flat surface. The metal frame and 4 legs make sure its extra steady. The crossfoot has a size of 85 x 85 cm and is 20cm high.
• Cross foot + waterbag: The crossfoot is very suited for a flat surface. The metal frame and waterbag combined result in extra steadiness. The crossfoot has a size of 85 x 85 cm and is 20 cm high.
• Parasol base (indoor/outdoor): The parasol base with wheels is the perfect reinforcement for your beachflag. Fill the parasol base with water or sand and it will stand firmly on the ground. The base has a size of 48 x 48 cm and a weight of 1.6 KG (without sand or water).
• Parasol base + rotator: If you use your beachflag outside we recommend using this base and rotator. Now your beachflag can spin around in the parasol base. This creates extra attention and exposure!

Which production techniques do you use?

• For the production of your Beach flags we use the following production technique(s):
• Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.

How are the beachflags being finished?

• The beachflags are always finished on the leftside with a tunnel. On the top of the tunnel is an extra solid part so the beachflag itself does not get damaged by the flagpole.
• Beachflags made from normal flag material are finished on the right side (opposite side of where the flag tunnel is) with a hem finished with double stichting.
• Beachflags made of longlife material are finished on the right side with a ''hotcutting' method. This means the flag gets cut off and heat sealed together. This means that longlife material does not need hemming. This also expands the lifetime of your beachflag.

From which material is the flagpole made?

• The flagpoles of a beachflag are made of fiberglass. Other companies use aluminium flagpoles, however fiberglass is the better material because of its robustness and strength.

Why are beachflags standard delivered with a black flag tunnel?

• Beachflags have a standard black flag tunnel because the flagpole also is black. If you would like a different colour for your flag tunnel you have to submit this with your design.

How can I set up my Beach flags in the best way?

• For the best set-up of your Beach flags we recommend pulling your flag as far as possible through the flag tunnel so it's as tightly pulled as possible. This way your flag will not get creased and won't damage easily.

What is the diameter of the pole that comes with the flag?

• The diameter of the pole that comes with the flag is ±2cm.

What is the fastest possible turnaround?

• The fastest possible turnaround for Beach flags is:
• Next day.
• Note only applicable for products which require your design: To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product, on time (also called cut-off time). In this way the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated in the yellow bar on the product page, above the "Add to shopping cart" button.
• The cut-off time for your printed item may vary. This depends on the combination you choose. This has to do with the manufacturing technique and / or the order quantities.
• NOTE: The product delivery shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't supplied before the next cut off time.

• For the delivery of your beach flags we use multiple carriers. Because of the highest reliability, in most cases we use UPS or DPD.
