- What is this product? And what can I use it for?

The Black Mugs features your personalised image printed centrally onto the gloss mug surrounded by a black border which extends all the way to the handle, providing a sleek and modern design. Your personalised image is transferred onto the mug using a transfer sheet which is positioned onto the mug and heated to transfer the image. The image will always be aligned to start from the left of the handle and ends approx. 25 mm from either side of the handle.
**Note:*** The mug has a white "patch" that it is printed on. If your design is smaller than the print area of 204x91 mm, your mug will have a white background.

- What printing techniques are used for this product?

Dye sublimation is a printing technique that allows for full colour printing. Your artwork is printed onto a sheet of specialised release paper and transferred onto your blank product using a heat press which applies heat and pressure. The heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas — known as sublimation — and bonds them to the polymer coatings on each blank.
