Chances are if you’re stuck on something, you’re not the first to have this challenge. That’s why we have the answers to a few of the questions that we get most often.

1. What happens after I pay?

Once you’ve made your payment, you can go ahead and upload your artwork for proof & approval. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your proof, we can work together to fix it. In case you’re still not happy, we do guarantee a full refund when the order is cancelled before artwork approval.

2. Is my file of sufficient quality?

Don’t worry, we will check all that for you! From resolution to colour profile, we automatically check it from top to bottom. If you’re unsure of any technical print terms our tutorial Helloacademy videos will soon get you up to speed.

3. Will I see a proof of my order before it goes to print?

You will always see a proof and will need to approve it before it will go to print. We will instantly proof and approve it with you online. For more complex designs, our team of highly-trained designers will process and send a digital proof for your approval.
