I was given a quote and after an initial follow up call I was not constantly badgered from that time until placing the final order some months later. Their original price was held. I was able to speak to a helpful and clearly spoken adviser on a UK landline which was answered promptly. The product arrived on the precise date and time promised and I was given a tracking and redirect option in advance. The quality of the final product was excellent and as good if not better than that which I have received from the "market leaders" and private printers whom I have used over the last ten years for a similar product which was a 24 page A5 colour booklet. The only minor criticism I can level is that one of the boxes was damaged in transit by the carrier and had burst open but this is probably to be expected given the weght of boxes and the volume of freight these people handle.
