Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
- Use CMYK as the colour mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.

“Great quality pens! The order was recieved on time in great condition and good packaging. It was impressive how the design was converted from the web onto a pen. A complaint with the web designer. Its quite limited and difficuilt to work with. The logo cannot be moved directly. You had to re-scale the logo to move it from side to side. There is also no text-box height alignment for multiple boxes. So the process of creating designs yourself is a little tedious and takes longer than expected. Apart from that however its amazing.”
