If you already have a design, no worries; we accept other file formats, including JPEG, PNG, or EPS.
For photographic content, high-resolution JPEGs are recommended, preferably without compression. For graphics or text-based content, we recommend print-ready, vector-based PDFs. For content that is a combination of graphics and photography, we suggest using print-ready PDFs to ensure the best quality.
- Use CMYK as the colour mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
- Resolution of at least 150 dpi.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.
- Add 5 mm bleed and keep 50 mm safety margin

During production, there might be a slight cut deviation. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:
- Add a 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design.
- Keep important elements 50 mm away from the edge or folding lines.
- Text and fonts specifications (Min. font size is 60 pt)

For this product, the minimum font size is 60 pt. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:
- Fonts must be embedded or outlined.
- If your design contains small black text, make sure it is 100 % black (Cyan: 0 Magenta: 0 Yellow: 0 Black: 100).
Note that we don't check spelling or typographical errors.
- Lines and text should be at least 5.6 pt. (2 mm)

Without Reinforced Edges or Rings
A trimmed finish on a banner involves cutting the edges of the material to create a neat and clean edge.
Rings every 30cm, with reinforcement
Edges are hemmed (folded and sewn to create a clean finish), with rings added every 30 cm for easy hanging. Rings are placed approximately 15 mm from the edge, an internal diameter of 1.20 cm.
Rings every 30cm, without reinforcement
A non-hemmed finish with rings every 30 cm on a banner involves leaving the edges raw and adding rings every 30 cm for easy hanging, suitable for short-term use.
Rings in the corners, with reinforcement
Edges are hemmed (folded and sewn to create a clean finish), with rings in the corners for easy hanging. Rings are placed approximately 15 mm from the edge of the banner and have an internal diameter of 1.20 cm.

A non-hemmed finish with rings in every corner of a banner involves leaving the edges raw and adding rings in each corner for easy hanging indoors or outdoors, suitable for short-term use.
With Tunnel on both sides (5cm Diameter)
8 cm tunnels on both sides, allowing for easy insertion of poles or ropes for secure hanging. Consider tunnel positions in your artwork submission.
With Tunnel on left side (5cm Diameter)
A banner with an 8 cm left-side tunnel has a fabric sleeve sewn onto it for inserting a pole/rod. The tunnel helps distribute weight evenly during display.
With Tunnel Top & Bottom (5cm Diameter)
8 cm tunnels on the top and bottom, allowing for easy insertion of poles or ropes for secure hanging. Consider tunnel positions in your artwork submission.

Packaging
Package
We pack our products on a roll, except for the Recyclable Polyester material, which is folded and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and kraft paper to protect it. Your banner will be shipped in either a cardboard box or a tube for safe delivery.
Note: Your banner will be delivered folded when width & height are both above 200 cm in size.

If a banner exceeds 100cm on any side, extra production costs will be incurred. However, by choosing a banner that is 99cm, you can avoid these additional costs, reducing both the production expenses and the overall price. This excludes foldable material options.

Eco-friendly PVC-free Canvas 225 gsm
PVC-Free Polyester (225 gsm ProPES): ProPES is a recyclable and foldable, lightweight polyester fabric. This fabric type has the highest possible colour intensity and the print is made with water-based pigment ink. Please note that this material does not have a fire-retardant certification.

Recycled Material: 110 gsm PET material with fine structure, hemmed to prevent fraying.

Note: Keep in mind that as a standard practice, delivery is free if your order exceeds £60.00. However, certain exclusions apply. Products like custom banners, flags, and panels always incur an additional delivery charge.
