If you already have a design, no worries; we accept other file formats, including JPEG, PNG, or EPS.
For photographic content, high-resolution JPEGs are recommended, preferably without compression. For graphics or text-based content, we recommend print-ready, vector-based PDFs. For content that is a combination of graphics and photography, we suggest using print-ready PDFs to ensure the best quality.
- Use CMYK as the colour mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
- White printing

As standard, white is not printed on transparent materials. Your design will be translucent and semi see-through. White areas in your design will be transparent.
If you choose full colour print with white, you will need to submit your design as a vector file. The colours in your design will be more vivid.
If you choose white only printing, you will need to submit your artwork as a vector file. - Resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 300 dpi.
- Add 5 mm bleed and keep 3 mm safety margin

During production, there might be a slight cut deviation. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:
- Add a 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design.
- Keep important elements 3 mm away from the edge or folding lines.
- Avoid using borders or frames on smaller formats like labels or business cards.
- Text and fonts specifications (Min. font size is 6 pt)

For this product, the minimum font size is 6 pt. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:
- Fonts must be embedded or outlined.
- If your design contains small black text, make sure it is 100 % black (Cyan: 0 Magenta: 0 Yellow: 0 Black: 100).
Note that we don't check spelling or typographical errors.
- Check line thickness.

Lines should be at least 0.25 pt. Negative lines should be at least 0.5 pt.
- Check your artwork for overprint.

Make sure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint unless you want this effect in your design. You can read more about overprint in our Help Centre.

For the production of Custom Size Labels on Roll, we use the following technique(s):

UV-print: The product is printed with eco-friendly UV ink, which is immediately cured with a UV light. Curing ensures that the wet ink doesn't spread once printed, offering sharper quality prints.

• Latex-print: The film is printed with eco-friendly latex inks. These inks are water based and doesn't contain harmful substances. The latex film is very secure and sturdy, and will be placed on top of the material.

- Can Custom Size Labels on Roll be pasted on any surface?

No, Custom Size Labels on Roll cannot be pasted on any surface. Custom Size Labels on Roll are only suitable for flat surfaces such as glass, aluminium, and any type of organic polymers such as polyethylene.

- What is cutting deviation?

Custom Size Labels on Roll are printed on large sheets, which are then cropped to the final size. To maximize efficiency, the sheets are stacked and cut in large quantities at the same time. It is possible that the stack of paper shifts slightly, resulting in a cutting deviation. In order to limit the possibility of this, please pay attention to the bleed and safety margins when submitting your artwork.

NatureFlex is an eco-friendly alternative to plastic. It's completely biodegradable, designed to be kind to the environment and perfect for a wide range of indoor applications! Made from cellulose, a component that exists naturally in plant fibres, NatureFlex has all the desired qualities of plastic. Additionally, it utilises Biotak - a sustainable and biodegradable adhesive.

- How many labels fit in a box/dispenser?

This depends on the size of the labels. The larger the labels, the fewer the labels per roll! We cannot calculate the exact amount of stickers on one roll.

- Can I include a frame or border in my design?

We strongly advise against including a frame or border in your design, as minor cutting deviation could cause this to appear off-centre once printed.
