Dye sublimation is a printing technique that allows for full colour printing. Your artwork is printed onto a sheet of specialised release paper and transferred onto your blank product using a heat press which applies heat and pressure. The heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas — known as sublimation — and bonds them to the polymer coatings on each blank.

What is a magic mug?
Magic mugs are mugs made of ceramic and are used to hold beverages such as tea and coffee. These high quality mugs are perfect for keeping your memories close and as a unique gift!
How can I design my custom mug?
Open our editor and upload your favourite photos. Add text or shape your image however you like. You can also add a filter on top of the image to really make it pop! You can move the images around and position them wherever you like on the designated print area.
What are the dimensions of the product?
This mug has a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 9.5 cm. The print size is 19 x 8.5 cm all around the mug.
What photo(s) can I add to my personalised mug?
Add your favourite photos! The editor can process images in .PNG, .JPG, and .JPEG formats.
How many photos can I add to my mug?
You can add as many photos as you like to your mug. By default, the editor will ask you to upload 1 photo first. If you want to add more to your design, click on the three dots on the top and select ""Add photo"" to add another photo to your mug.
What material are magic mugs made out of?
The magic mug is made of ceramic. This product is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
Do you offer other colors?
This mug comes in black as the base colour and turns white as it is exposed to higher temperatures. If you want a mug with different colours, we recommend you take a look at our mugs with colored handle.
Can I buy a matching coaster to go with my magic mug?

Which carriers are used for delivery?
For the delivery of your Magic Mugs we use multiple carriers. We use our most reliable carriers, which in most cases are UPS or DPD. Other carriers we use are DHL and even our own courier service. These carriers are used for certain products (depending on the size, the turnaround and the quantity).
