I have used HP quite a lot over the years as their products are top quality (and at a reasonable price) so when I was tasked with ordering a banner for an event with only a 4 day lead time - HP was my go-to option. However, I made the mistake of approving the artwork after the required time for the order to be completed and delivered on time for the event (idiot I know!!). Totally my mistake.
