They will check your artwork for the 5 most common mistakes that cannot be easily picked up by our automatic artwork checker. Once this is complete, you will receive a proof of your file in your account with notification via email, which you can choose to approve or to take the appropriate action.
We check your files for free and put priority on the 15 most common design errors.
You’ll always receive the opportunity to run a free PREMIUM artwork check. This means that whenever you opt for a manual check by our specialists, they will apply our PREMIUM procedure. Your file will also receive priority over other files in the queue and notification of your design (approval of proof or proof issues) will be sent even faster than normal. Plus, our experts are checking your file for 15 rather than 5 common errors made in artwork, this is to assure that everything regarding your file will be perfect.
Paying on invoice without additional costs.
Business customers can choose to pay on invoice at Helloprint, but to apply for this your account needs to have a full business registration with us. Once you reach the ‘Bronze’ status, you will not need to pay the £8 administration costs per order on invoice anymore.
