Whether you're organising a big event with a lot of attendees or need want to add your name to your own items! Make it personal with Name Stickers from HelloPrint. These stickers are available on writable paper ideal for adding a name to each one or on a non-writable PVC if you want to print and have the same name on all. These stickers are delivered individually, so can be distributed easily at events and make forgetting names a thing of the past.

Note: These stickers can be temporarily stuck to clothing and are easily removed. This product is laser cut, which can shrink the foil material slightly, leaving a white border on the edge of each sticker.

Design guidelines

We recommend using our templates and guides for preparing your print-ready PDF.

You can download our guides and templates in the template section. Remember to delete the template layers before exporting your design to PDF.

If you already have a design, no worries; we accept other file formats, including JPEG, PNG, or EPS.

For photographic content, high-resolution JPEGs are recommended, preferably without compression. For graphics or text-based content, we recommend print-ready, vector-based PDFs. For content that is a combination of graphics and photography, we suggest using print-ready PDFs to ensure the best quality.

Use CMYK as the colour mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.

White printing

As standard, white is not printed on transparent stickers. Your design will be translucent and semi see-through. White areas in your design will be transparent.
If you choose full colour print with white, you will need to submit your design as a vector file. The colours in your design will be more vivid.
If you choose white only printing, you will need to submit your artwork as a vector file.

Resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 300 dpi.

Add 5 mm bleed and keep 3 mm safety margin

During production, there might be a slight cut deviation. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:

Add a 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design.
Keep important elements 3 mm away from the edge or folding lines.
Avoid using borders or frames on smaller formats like labels or business cards.

Text and fonts specifications (Min. font size is 6 pt)

For this product, the minimum font size is 6 pt. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:

Fonts must be embedded or outlined.
If your design contains small black text, make sure it is 100 % black (Cyan: 0 Magenta: 0 Yellow: 0 Black: 100).

Note that we don't check spelling or typographical errors.

Check line thickness.

Lines should be at least 0.25 pt. Negative lines should be at least 0.5 pt.

Check your artwork for overprint.

Make sure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint unless you want this effect in your design. You can read more about overprint in our Help Centre.

What is this product? And what can I use it for?

Name Stickers are one of our most sold products and are very popular to use as promotion material! Stickers can be stuck on many surfaces depending on the size, material and finishing chosen. Some stickers have a slit, which means they are super easy to remove from the underlying layer.

This product can be used:
- Label item with names or used as stick on name tags at events and conferences
- To promote at parties or events

What materials can I choose from?

White glossy (90 gsm PVC): Easily applicable with no air bubbles, this material provides great coverage on coloured surfaces. The unprinted area is white, and the material isn’t suitable for writing or stamping. Ideal for indoor & outdoor use, it's also water-resistant.

Uncoated (73 gsm): This writable paper features a matte finish for easy writing and stamping. The unprinted area is white, and it's best suited for indoor use.

Are stickers delivered on a square sheet format or round sheet format?

While your stickers might have a round shape, they could be delivered on a square format or a round sheet format. For production reasons, we cannot guarantee that the backing sheet will match the shape of the stickers.

What is the fastest possible turnaround?

The fastest possible turnaround varies depending on the specifications you select, and will always be stated at the bottom of the page. To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product by the stated cut-off time. This way, the product can be moved into production promptly.
Please note: The delivery date shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't submitted before the next cut-off time.
