The material of our Premium range is the best and has the best specifications and finishes.
Because of our large supplier network we are always able to deliver the best prices. It is good to keep in mind that the price per garment can be considerably lower at higher quantity orders. The higher the quantity, the more efficiently we can produce your order. Do you often make repeat orders with the same design? Then we advise you to place a larger order. This ensures that you save money on longer term, which you can invest in growing your business.
Helloprint provides every fit whether you're looking for a normal, slim, men's or women's fit. To make the right choice, it is important to look closely at the product specifications and size charts. When you are not completely sure about the size and you are a bit afraid that it may fit on the small side? Then we advise you to always opt for a larger size. It is good to keep in mind that a garment can shrink up to 5% after a washing and that the printing of your clothes remains the best for a wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
In order to help you in making the right decision, we have a comprehensive explanation of the different types of printing techniques so you can make the right choice in every situation in order to achieve the best application. Read more about the printing techniques in our blog article.
You choose screen printing if you want to use the garment for a medium-term. With screen printing your design is printed directly on the garment. It is a sustainable printing technique in which the printing can only contain a maximum of 4 solid colors. This means that your logo can not have a gradient in color (for example: from light green to dark green). You can only use a logo or text for printing your clothing and therefore no photos. In addition, we recommend that you always use PMS color codes for silkscreen printing. This ensures that the printing is as close as possible to your design. This printing technique is advantageous from 10 pieces and up. If you need a lower number of garments, you are more profitable with a full color print.
You choose full color if you want to use the garment for a medium-short term. With a full color print we use a printing technique where we print directly on the garment. Also called "Direct to garment" or "Digital". The ink of the print moves more into the clothing, which ensures that the texture of the fabric remains visible through the printing and that the textile continues to breathe. With a full color print it does not matter with how many colors you deliver in your file. So you can submit a photo, logo or text. With or without gradient. With a full color print we advise you to wash the clothes at a maximum of 40 degrees. This way, the printing remains vibrant for as long as possible. This printing technique is advantageous from a small number of garments. For a large number of garments, it is more cost effective with one of our other printing techniques.
You choose embroidery if you want to use the garment for a longer period of time. We use an embroidery machine that applies the design directly to the garment. This is applied by sewing the design in the textile with a needle and yarn. Embroidery is a sustainable technique in which the design can only be made up of a maximum of 12 solid colors. This means that your logo can’t have a gradient in color (for example: from light green to dark green). So you can only use a logo or text for printing your clothes and no photos. Clothing with embroidery is ideal for regularly hot washing and also gives a professional appearance. This printing technique is an economical option if you want to use clothes for a longer time and if you need a larger number of garments. If you need a lower number of garments, it is more cost-effective with a full color print.
