Here at Helloprint like to make printing easy for you. That's why we have two options for printing!1.Our first option is for those who have their artwork ready to upload, sure there are no mistakes.
2.Our artwork team will still check this and you will receive a proof, that needs to be accepted by you, for the order to go through to printing.
3.Once the order has been accepted we cannot cancel the order.
4.Upload, wait for proof, check the proof, confirm the proof and wait for the order!

How to create a customised T-Shirt?
Creating your custom t-shirt is easy! Simply select the t-shirt style you prefer, upload your design, or use Canva to create a design from scratch. You can add text, images, and choose from different fonts and colors to make it unique. Personalize your promotional t-shirt with various techniques: digital printing, screen printing, or embroidery; depending on the model.
Which t-shirt brands do you offer?
Our range of t-shirts includes several well-known brands, each with different styles and qualities. Sol's, Fruit of the Loom, and B&C are premium quality brands. Other brands such as Stella and Stanley or Iqoniq offer sustainable options. You can choose from a wide variety of options, covering all your needs for custom printing.
What is the minimum quantity for an order?
Most of our t-shirts can be purchased individually. However, buying in larger quantities is more cost-effective. If you want to purchase in large quantities, screen printing is the technique used for higher quantities.
What are the printing methods that are available for t-shirts?
We offer DTG printing (direct to garment) and screen printing, and in some cases, embroidery. DTG is best for smaller quantities and offers more colors, while screen printing is ideal for larger quantities.
What materials are used for personalised t-shirts?
Our personalised T-shirts are mainly made from cotton or polyester, but we also offer sustainable options such as 100% organic or 100% recycled cotton.
Is it possible to receive a sample t-shirt?
Yes it is! All you need to do is select "sample" or ''No imprint'' in the product configuration steps. Please note that all samples are non-refundable.
How will my artwork be placed on the t-shirts?
You can choose the area on which you want your design to be printed. Depending on the model of T-shirt and the printing technique, it is possible to print on the front or the back.
Do you also offer kids t-shirt sizes?
Yes, we offer a selection of [children's clothing[(/kids-clothing).
How should I wash my T-shirt?
To preserve the longevity, wash your printed garments inside out at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and avoid ironing the print directly. Please follow the washing instructions on the product label.
How to fix peeling print on a custom t-shirt?
If you see that your print may be peeling, grab your iron and make sure to preheat it for five minutes. Put a sheet of wax paper over your print and iron it over for a minimum of three minutes, until you see your print is safely stuck back down with no corners peeled. In order to prevent this again, make sure you wash your custom t-shirt inside out and on a cool wash.
Do screen printed t-shirts crack easily?
With silk-screen printing, the personalised print will last at least 20 washes. After 20 washes the print may begin to fade in colour. In the case of full colour, the printing will last at least 10 washes and the print can become less fierce after the first wash (2-10% less), especially with light fabrics. The above is only applicable if you strictly adhere to the washing instructions for the different types of printing.
What is the fastest delivery time available for printed t-shirts?
The delivery does depend per product, 2-3 working days is the fastest we offer but depending on quantities some will be longer.
